做法﹕
1. | 烤箱預熱到425˚F (215˚C)。 |
2. | 白花菜沖洗乾淨後切成小朵并濾乾水份。大蒜去皮切碎。 |
3. | 把所有材料在一個大盆內拌勻後轉移倒烤盆裡。 |
4. | 放進烤箱烤20分鐘。中途需拿出將白花菜翻面。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Preheat the oven to 425˚F (215˚C)。 |
2. | Wash and dry the cauliflower. Cut it into florets. Peel and minced the garlic. |
3. | Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan. |
4. | Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the baking pan and turn each floret over. Place the cauliflower back to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. |
