烤白花菜 Roasted Cauliflowers

材料 Ingredients
白花菜 Cauliflower 1 磅 lb (450g)
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 杯 cup
大蒜末 Minced garlic2 瓣 clove
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
帕梅善起司粉 Parmesan cheese powder 1/2 杯 cup

做法﹕
1.烤箱預熱到425˚F (215˚C)。
2.白花菜沖洗乾淨後切成小朵并濾乾水份。大蒜去皮切碎。
3.把所有材料在一個大盆內拌勻後轉移倒烤盆裡。
4.放進烤箱烤20分鐘。中途需拿出將白花菜翻面。



PROCEDURE:
1.Preheat the oven to 425˚F (215˚C)。
2.Wash and dry the cauliflower. Cut it into florets. Peel and minced the garlic.
3.Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan.
4.Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the baking pan and turn each floret over. Place the cauliflower back to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
